Title tells you exactly what is in the book
1 of 1 found this helpful The book is more of an academic endeavor than a compelling read. I enjoyed the content. It reinforced my twenty year study into the topic. Book was in good shape. My only issue was that the print was extremely small and difficult to read. So, I had to purchase it again in Kindle so that I could enlarge the print.

Good for ideas
This book is good for ideas with the Air Fryer, but a little too exotic for my taste. I have been experimenting with my AF almost daily and look for recipes that I can adjust for one or two people and that are fairly basic. This is very helpful in those experiments.

Perfect Fit!
