Its works and worth a try!
It works for me! I'm medium (olive/tan skin) and I was worried it wouldn't work but so far its not painful for me and I can see a difference in hair. It doesn't do a good job with my thick chin hairs but it's great for upper lip that are finer hairs and for my legs and pits. Like anything it just takes time and you have to be patient and on a schedule.

high hopes
i really was hoping I could see a difference in my lash but unfortunately don't. The product in itself is well made and I do feel the heat but may lash hairs are different than out head hair that it doesn't help with heat. I used to heat my metal lash curler with a blow dryer and then curl my lashes and I saw a difference. Maybe plastic doesn't transfer over heat well
