  What went well: Shipping price/communication with seller.What went wrong Description was a little misleading: "No scratches, stains or blemishes"The shoes had holes in the lining inside the shoes, top of heels. Seller failed to point out/mention/show clear photos of flaws. I don't believe they did this on purpose but it was still frustrating. Hopefully in the future they will make sure to list/show clear photos even the smallest of flaws and accept cancellations as well as returns if requested.
