Excellent fit and works.
The new seal plate came with a new ceramic-seal and gasket. Works as expected.

One remote, two uses.
Easy to program both the garage opener and the community gates. Initially I thought it was DIP Switch model, but it is not. As long as you have an existing, working remote you can easily “teach” the 892LT to “learn” the program for your community gates. The instruction are straight forward, though you should read them carefully and do a dry-run. Call the manufacture of your original remote to confirm compatibility before purchasing.
