Marineland products usually are so much better than this!!
1 of 1 found this helpful Filter worked for a grand total of 3 days in a 30g. After that it would consistently stop running every 8-12 hrs. It would overheat and the motor would stop. I could feel the heat through the body of the filter from where it was overheating. I had to disassemble, allow to cool, fiddle with the turbine then it would run again for another 8-12 hours. Had much higher expectations from a marineland product. Ended up replacing with a store bought internal canister. I do not suggest this product.
