The game I've always wanted
5 of 5 found this helpful It's magical, the creature friend is as living and understandable as any I've ever seen in a game. The play is consistently interesting, mysterious, and solvable, without being overly difficult.
When stuck, it's usually because I'm trying something that just isn't supposed to work. And then the answer is more elegant or straightforward than I thought.
But it isn't a button masher or a shooter, so don't get this if you are into intense action all the time. It's more of a puzzler/living movie experience. In my opinion, it's designed to be played "as if" it's real, in real time. Listen to your beast, watch him/her, trust it. But don't expect it to solve the game for you, it's just a pretty smart animal - you're the hero.
