THE Mosin-Nagant upgrade!
This is my first Timney trigger for the Mosin-Nagant rifle/carbines I have purchased. I have a bit of experience refinishing and tweaking parts to improve performance on these rifles. The trigger is the toughest item to consistently improve. I bought this trigger pak and am thrilled with the difference it makes! Easy to install, excellent workmanship, and learned how to adjust it to the trigger pull I wanted by watching YouTube videos. Modifying the stock is the most difficult step but far from impossible. I will likely buy 2-3 more in the next 12 months. Makes a world of difference in how your M-N will perform.

Outstanding Value- keep an extra on hand.
If you decap brass in quantity with the Lyman Decapping Die, you will want to keep an extra Lyman Decaping Pin Assembly. The only way these pins break is when they are mistakenly used to punch out a Berdan primer, which was my mishap. Compared to other high quality depriming dies, the Lyman die is the best value. For this price, keep at least an extra pin assembly in your tool box.

Ideal Manual for the SVT-40 Owner!
1 of 1 found this helpful As a SVT-40 owner who has searched multiple sources to learn as much as I could about this rifle (i.e. internet posts, magazine articles, other owners, etc.), this is the authoritative source I wish I had obtained years ago! Reading through it and thumbing through the pages, it is full of useful information in a clear and easily understandable format. The booklet itself is a high quality product from a professional publisher. Illustrations, references, and instructions make this a valuable and useful resource to all interested in these historically significant rifles. If I ever sell my rifle (, which is unlikely,) this booklet will go with it.
