great shredder

just bought this shredder. love the handle on top for ease of lifting off bin. much quieter than previous shredder. I have used it about four times this week. I have shredded unopened envelopes (junk mail) with ease. the micro cut feature is great. the shredded pieces are so small and compact. easy to use.

Solid with one complaint

Performed well in both vertical (2 wheel) and horizontal (4 wheel) positions. The only drawback i can see, is in the horizontal position, the arm restricts/confines the length of object you can place on it. If it were detachable (I used one a long time ago), and able to be place on the other side, you pull any length item protruding past edge.
