Hard working fryer
Bought this fryer just to fry catfish. We run it 11 hours a day 6 days a week. It frys the fish quickly and recovers fast.
The only thing that I would like to see different is the pan that holds the oil is very lightweight and thin. And when cleaning the heating elements need to have something that will hold them up so the elements can drip oil off
