Microsoft Xbox 360 Elite System - The Perfect Choice
I was at GameStop right before Christmas. The lady in front of me was asking about their refurbished Xbox 360 systems for $199. I stepped forward and asked if those systems have the new Jasper Core that doesn't overheat frequently? These refurbished systems did not have them. I told the lady she should probably get her son the new Xbox Arcade for the same price. But she then asked me about hard drives and other accessories. I told her that I have bought the Xbox Elite package for $260 off eBay from Dell. When you add up all you get along with the fact that you also get the Jasper Core machine, it's the smartest way to buy an Xbox. And since this package includes two free games, it's even a sweater deal. My son is very happy. And we also found that this new Jasper Elite is also faster at loading games than his old first-gen. Xbox 360. And of course, we don't have to worry with performing the "towel trick" to reset the "Red Rings of Death" anymore either.
The Microsoft Xbox 360 Elite System Holiday Bundle is the smartest and least expensive way to purchase a reliable fully-functional Xbox 360 system. Even at the regular $299 price, it's still a great bargain.
PS: And if you are buying for a kid, don't forget to get a subscription to Xbox Live. This enables online play and represents about 75% of the functionality and enjoyment that the Xbox 360 provides.

Just Like the Real Charger Daytona
I own a 2006 Dodge Charger Daytona "Top Banana" and this little model looks almost exactly like it. The only difference is that my car has a sunroof and the model doesn't. Even the engine is the model it right on the money. Very good work by Welly on this one.

Used WD Caviar hard drives are very cheap and seem to last forever.
1 of 1 found this helpful These old used 80GB WD Caviar drives are a great value. They seem to be very durable and have a very long life span. I've never seen one fail. Many times I've picked up Gov-surplus PC's with no hard drive. I just get on eBay and pick up one of these old Caviars for $10 USD or less. I pop it in, reinstall Windows and we are off to the races. I've done the same thing with old PC's with crashed Maxtor drives. To be exact, if I bought a used PC with a working Maxtor drive, I would swap it out for a WD Caviar. These things are built like tanks and last forever.
