Just like old Raleigh bars
Nice angle for hands. i would prefer it in Al alloy but this is steel and should last forever for under $20. Enough straight section for ergo grip, grip shift and brake lever. This is just like what was on a 1960's Raleigh 3 speed. Good to move grips 2 or 3 inches closer compared to straight bars for improved riding position.

Good backup bike headlight
Cateye Opticube is a good backup headlight.
Tends to be destroyed by alkaline battery leakage, particularly if bike is left hanging on wall front end down. I recommend using Ultimate Lithium Energizer AA non rechargeable cells to avoid the alkaline leakage problem. I give 4 stars instead of 5 because I have lost a few of these now when alkaline batteries leaked. These ones I just purchased were replacements.
Flashing mode is great for dusk conditions. Light is not terribly bright for dark night conditions but adequate to prevent being pulled over and ticketed. I use a brighter rechargeable for main headlamp but like having the Cateye along for dusk flashing use and in case the main light is not charged or is forgotten at home.
