The seller wrapped it very well with a lot of paper, the shipping was express, the seller keeps what he promises, the iPad is in excellent condition and came with everything promised. Excellent garage door camera from Liftmaster
Getting an “open box” item on eBay was a good deal. Saved plenty of money and the camera is just like factory new.

Nice panier pair - a little expensive for a lesser model with missing optional parts
The instruction manual doesn't exactly match the delivered product. There is a support piece that is included that seemed like two pieces marked optional or not included with all models that was difficult to utilize as designed.
