Shipping was slow, content could've been more complete

It shows a little about a different culture of Kendo. I didn't think it gave the proper information that one would expect. I bought it because I thought it would give me some help in training and learning basic techniques. I didn't feel I got that from this DVD. It is alright for viewing if you have no expectations of learning.
