good product
Myself and about 7 other Diabetics over 60 years old use Swallow badminton shuttles to play Badminton for fun and exercise twice a week for about 1.5 hours, a total of 3 hours per week we get a lot out of it with hand - eye coordination movement in all direction etc. we love it and manage to " kill" at least 1 Shuttlecock each session, not many shuttlecocks stand up to the punishment we hand out so we will keep on using them and hope to get more Diabetics involved, the only rules we have is have fun and a good laugh.
