Trekking poles

The price is great and the delivery incredibly fast and free. I have used them on 2 day hikes and one overnight so far. I have a very bad knee and they are a big help. I am still trying to decide if I should use one pole or 2. On flat smooth ground I don't need any. On steep rocky trails I prefer one pole so my other hand is free to grab rocks and trees. On hilly smooth trails 2 poles seem nice. Only complaint is that the rubber tips wore through almost immediately.
