  Mouthpiece is wrapped in plastic without proper cushion which I normally expect; although it was placed inside box which moved when you shake. I can accept meaningful shipping cost as long as the packaging is better unlike this one. It should had been at least taped inside small bubble wrapped cushion. Item condition has rough RIM surface. It can be used but not to the extent of being a primary mouthpiece to rely on due to its actual condition.
