The only thing is No Volume control, it is loud. But--this 3 yr. old is delighted with it. This one was 100% a great buy!

Best purchase I ever made from Ebay.
This phone is great, it shuts itself off when not in use to
save battery life. A simple click of OK and it is back on
and ready to use. I like the fact that the keyboard opens
all the way up so you have lots of room to type. It is
simple to navigate from one area to another. It takes and
stores pictures. It is just a very nice phone and easy to
associate yourself with. I have not had it long enough to
associate myself with all of its features yet. What I have
used, the standard every day features of a cell phone that
everyone who makes calls or texts, are easy to use and work
really good.
