Missing the pump piece makes it hard to use.

Unfortunately the pump mechanism for pumping the product out of the bottle was missing on both bottles. The straw like piece that goes from the top of the pump into the product is missing. So I've been unscrewing the top off to take it out with my finger. Now the part of the bottle that screws open and shut is also broken, I think it wasn't made to be used like this. And once I get below half way I won't be able to use a finger to get to the bottom of the bottle so I'll need to use a spoon or find another bottle to put it in. I might have still bought if for that low price. But, I wish I'd know it was broken before I bought it.
