Same problem with Creader 319

It could read my 1998 Suzuki Sidekick and my 2014 Hyundai Accent but... It has the same problem that Creader 319, I have tried to read three different Hyundai Tucson (2006, 2007 and 2008) and it doesn't work, why? Does somebody know the reason?. I have tried with the last update and it didn't work.
