  The product arrive in OEM style packaging and in excellent condition. It was also as the seller described and complete with two power cables - a very welcome addition. The seller also included 2 extra drive sleds to fill the empty slots and even the screws to fit future drives, also a very nice addition. I hope to do more business with this seller in the future.   Awesome seller! I received the wrong size server rails but was happy to find that they had a contact phone number. I called and they shipped the correct size rails the same day and they said I didn't have to bother sending the wrong rails back. Definitely purchase from them again if needed.

This was of course, disappointing but the seller was phenomenal - responsive, understanding, and sent me a new chassis and board without hassle. these all arrived undamaged and working.
