Item Arrived Broken because it was mailed unsecured

This item was 2lbs which is bulky (whole show series DVD set) and was only mailed in a large manila color package envelope with NO padding for protection. When common sense calls for delivery in a box packaging, padding and securded. When I picked up item envelope was opened which is because an item like that should be mailed securely, and the packaging was broken. Literally BROKEN! THE HARD PLASTIC WAS BROKEN FROM THE SIDE AND DVDS WERE EXPOSED AND OUT OF PLACE.
This item was going to be a Xmas gift, and now I need to find an alternative, which is very inconvenient.
