3 of 3 found this helpful I've gotten this product once before and both times it seemed less foamy and less effective than that which I purchased from a local retailer whose price was considerably higher. My point is that I'll probably buy it one more time from you guys; however, in that I'm looking for "quality," if what I get is still what appears to be the "watered down" version, I'll , no doubt, be shopping for this item from someone else.

3 of 3 found this helpful One cannot read the instructions, which are minimal at best, the printing is un-readable! Have no idea how to use it, so, the end result is pretty worthless.

Too noisy
It sounds like it's not a genuine product made be Phillips - way too noisy.
