Multiple problems with this kit !
Looking at pictures makes this product look amazing but hear me out. Please take these notes before ordering this.
1. You better be quick at painting. By the time you get about halfway through the TINY amount of paint provided, it’s going to start hardening before you can even apply it and your paint strokes are going to start looking blotchy on the second coat.
2.) not enough paint. As mentioned above it will harden before you can finish. My job required a 3rd coat to get a good final look but that was ruined by not being enough paint and also being splotchy and weird looking because it was so hard.
3.) the brush they provide should be illegal to even sell. Maybe the 5th stroke of the brush about 2 bristles got stuck in the paint requiring me to constantly pick out pieces of bristle through the whole process.
To add: I prepped everything for almost 2.5 hours. Took the brakes off the car completely. Started with the provided method of brake cleaner and wire brush. It’s good for getting the dust out of cracks and crevices but my brakes had a bit of rust so I even sanded all surfaces to a 240grit sandpaper. Even with all this prep it doesn’t really look all that great.
