It performs satisfactory, except that only half of the level 2 cache works.
2 of 3 found this helpful The CPU I ordered is what was delivered (Q6700), but when I installed it and tested it with the Intel Processor Identification Utility, it showed that only half of the level 2 cache is working. It has a total of 8Mb of level 2 cache, but with only half working its 4Mb of level 2 cache. It would cost me more by postage to send it back and receive a replacement, so I've decided to just grin & bear it.
