Pure vintage 59s are exactly that!
3 of 3 found this helpful If you want your Strat to sing like the original ones, these are the ticket! Couldn't be more satisfied with the vintage sound these gave my SRV model. If you're on the fence, buy these before Fender realizes what they've got and raises the price to custom shop levels!

Great sounding pickups.
I installed these into an Epiphone Les Paul Special, set neck. I had already upgraded the harness to vintage spec, but the stock pickups still weren't getting the job done. These have a great vintage sound and a pronounced classic p90 "quack" that I was looking for. Great when crunchy or clean. I gig this guitar regularly and keep it in open G tuning... These pickups are a welcome addition to the rotation.
