Great buy but limited by Apples greed.

Unit provided was perfect in every way. All apps provided on the unit work perfectly . The difficulty with the Ipad 4 unit involves the ability to upload new apps from the Apple Store. For me the real highlight of the iPad 4 is the availability of news. The news provided by Apple is superior to almost all the news available from other sources. I have had some success in downloading from the Apple Store old versions of the program which will work in iOS 10.3.3 Apple makes it very hard for you to use all the units by discontinuing programs which are still active and working and prevent new people from using the old version of the program.Apple just wants to sell higher iOS more expensive iPads to viewers that don't need them.
