Great Product
The cons are the fact that these are needed for the early GEN 5 Glocks due to the silly magazine well cut out! They never should have done it because it cuts your little finger when you fire the gun. The other con is that the late model GEN 5 Glocks don't have this silly cut out in the magazine well so the plug is not needed on the magazine base.
In all reality these Pearce magazine bases are great and really add a little extra grip on the handle due to the flare. These do not add to your magazine capacity.

Wrong size
Unfortunately there is no sizing information in the ad, so you end up with something that doesn't work

Good paddle holster with retention.
It is adjustable and has good retention for an outside the waist band holster. The only thing I don't like about this holster is that the the grip of the gun is pushed away from your body.
