Coffee grinding may be tricky
3 of 3 found this helpful Awesome machine. You can grind your own coffee and also prepare espressos, americanos and capuccinos. I dont know if I got a deffective machine or maybe I am not an expert on handling it but I had one single issue with it. When I started grinding my own coffee, I could not find a setting fine enough that the machine could actually work under pressure and I would not achieve an espresso pressure setting. I had to calibrate the grinder inside the machine which is not normal coming straight from the manufacturer. I finally with that calibration was able to achieve pressures high enough to reach to the gray zone. I have contacted them and they sent me some troubleshooting tips which I am still trying. Meanwhile I am still enjoying it.
