Best upgrade kit on the market

PoFung handheld dual band
The radio is good, the included antenna is limited, so anything you buy that is longer, like the $12.95 fourteen and a half inch is fine.
I can hit a repeater 8 miles away, not strong but good enough.
Handy to carry in a motorcycle saddlebag, or pack.
Battery has real good standby duration.
