Not the most stable utility bench with a diminished capacity to work hamstrings
2 of 2 found this helpful I've used Marcy products in the past and enjoyed them, that's what lead me to this purchase. This machine looks good but that's where it ends...stabilization is a problem as it rocks and slips, and before you ask yes the surface it's setting on is perfectly flat and level...also the design of the leg apparatus makes it impossible to work you hamstrings beyond 90 degrees. I'll use it as a flat bench (maybe) but most likely I'll sit it out to the curb. I wouldn't buy again nor would I recommend it has the possibility of causing injury. So in regard to the questions;
Do you recommend it...No I wouldn't
Is it a good value: I got it for my spouse and I can on only feel safe letting her use it as a flat bench and a mediocre leg extension.
Lastly Is it good quality: Not the best for sure and not the worst I've seen but I would expect better from a Marcy product

This item is really really good...some fib offers break off when cleaning but other than that I'll for sure buy more.
