Great health qualities
I began using this Gano brand of products 8 years ago and got some very amazing results. Too many to list here actually. I had to severely cut my budget and had to forgo using the various products for a few years. Once I found these on ebay for a much more reasonable price I started purchasing again. So happy I can get back to one of my most important health items. (Read up on the benefits of ganoderma lucidum. It's great stuff.)

Super Healthy Coffee. (No, really.)
I've loved the line of Gano Exel products for years. To keep it short, the "gano" part, (short for ganoderma lucidum) a little mushroom that grows in Malaysia, produces spores that have some of the most effective antioxidants in the world inside them. These antioxidants have been combined into the Gano Excel product line, one of which is this coffee. I got many noticeable health benefits from the products I ate/drank, and one of my favorites is this classic coffee. It's an instant coffee, so the flavor does leave a little to be desired, but I add cinnamon, coconut oil and stevia and cream and I'm really good to go. I am not left wishing I had gone to Starbucks. I also noticed that if I have two cups in a row I don't get the coffee jitters that I normally would with regular coffee. If you are health-conscious try this coffee, dress it up the way you'd like it and know that you are doing great things for your body with these very heavy-hitting antioxidants.

Hooked on this book
I love research, statistics, facts....and this book is brimming over with very detailed incidents and interviews with the very people who PUT the sugar, salt and fat into our foods. And why.....which of course is mostly financial reasons and being able to be the food manufacturing company that towers over all the others.
There is even a chapter about how cravings were created! Prior to the 60's, does anyone remember "craving" snacks or desserts? In the 60's the scientific formulas were invented and put into place to maneuver salt, sugar and fat contents so that people testing the taste of the foods would eagerly want more. Real people in test groups gave their opinions about which variation of the foods they wanted to eat more of.
Now we know what companies are doing what to separate us from our dollars yet give us unhealthy food quality in return....just things that are bad for our bodies and now we run out and buy more because we "crave" them. And with that, we now know what NOT to buy and we can realize that we can get past the cravings and no longer vote with our dollars for unethical companies that promote how great these bad foods are for us. There's a chapter about that too, how the tiniest tweaks in the food formula allows the company to say how they added B Vitamins (or some such) yet keep the same toxic ingredients.
I've read a few things about these food scams but this book is so far the most interesting, fact-filled and really makes you want to change your diet! I already did and I'm not even done with the book yet. Enjoy it and learn!
