Good, but requires maintenance over time.
It is of good quality because it was manufactured in Toyota's homeland some 20 years ago. Only problem is; as electronics age, solder joints get weak and need to be retouched. Most all of these units require service, but rarely need parts replaced.

Works, and sufficient for the price.
I estimate the AWG of this to be around 9, which is about what I expected (8 gauge international). Will not fit into a lug designed for 10 AWG unless strands removed. Very fine strands of copper clad aluminum great for high flex applications and low weight. There is better wire available, but will be hard to beat for the price. If you want pure copper wire in AWG standard, you will have to spend more and look elsewhere. For speakers and auto power wiring, works fine, just be aware of sizing.
