Tamron - Who would've thought!
Personally I have never purchased any third-party lenses until now; maybe I am a snob, but this one was a surprise. My Nikon D810 system only uses Nikon lenses (2.8 or better) and my Sony a6400 only uses Sony lenses, but now I was in need of purchasing some lenses for my Sony a7III and that is when I came across the Tamron.
I purchased this due to the high approval and ratings of others and I am not disappointed. Well worth the price paid and money saved over the Sony comparable lens. I will more than likely;y purchase Sony lenses for my primes, but this was the perfect all-around travel lens.
