Maxxis makes great MTB tires
I'm an avid mtb er but not high end racer so for me this tire is excellent. I switched to Maxxis about a year ago and am very happy with performance, quality. They offer a ton of options, my opinion, too many and not enough info on their individual models. So you find yourself hoping you made the right choice, which doesn't seem to be hard. Pricing is a bit high but all in all, if you're happy with a product, you pay!

Partially good, partially not so good
Should be good enough, but is good enough really what Sig is shooting for? You really have to have a special grip for it to work while gripping with both hands. I hope it will be adequate if I really need it. I love the integrated design, streamline, smallness. The light is very adequate, just the activation button is where it is a fail. After about 45 days with it, I'm still only 50/50 with it. Again, the streamline works well for me, but activation is mediocre at best.
