The best melatonin ever
Recommend for shift workers. It is really working without any side effect. Take it each time when going to work at night shift and return back to day duties.
Also recommend 3 mg supplies for people with normal health, no need to take 5 mg. So you can take 2 pills if you fill not anough power, or 1/2 of pills - it is normal dosage too.
