Another great read from Adriana Trigiani
Welcome to YA books Mrs. Trigiani! As always you created delightful characters for us to get to know. We are so looking forward to reading Viola In The Spotlight. A good set of books to read with your teenage daughters. Enjoy!

A well written glimpse into our past.
The Care and Management of Lies is a wonderful story about friendship and family. This historical fiction story is set at the First World War. It gives you a realistic view of what happens to those who stay home and those who go off to fight for their country. I am anxiously awaiting the follow up book. Jacqueline Winspear is a masterful story teller.

The humor in this story made me laugh out loud, tear up and talk/yell at the characters.
Fannie Flagg is one of my favorite authors! She has woven together a cast of characters that I wish I could visit on a regular bases. In this book she has added a bit of a mystery which got me completely engrossed in the story even more then the lovely characters them selves. I just couldn’t wait to read what happens next, which happens with all of her books. Oh how I wish I was in the movie business. I would love to see this story on film. It’s got humor, tenderness, insight into the human condition and eternal hope for all of us to pull up our boot straps and keep moving along with our lives through the tough stuff, you never know what’s going to happen next. Or what someone is going through on the inside. I am grateful for that reminder. It’s a book you’ll find yourself re reading ever few of years.
