Exceptional, get one!
Very bright for its size, the beam quality is superb, color tint is better than I anticipated, exceptional fit and finish. I daily carry either this s2r baton 2 or my s1r baton 2 depending which knife I carry that day. A bigger knife gets a smaller flashlight and vice versa so I dont feel over-stuffed. Having an EDC flashlight was never something I thought about until recently, but now I realize there are situations everyday that having a flashlight is very useful, similar to carrying a knife each day. It just makes life easier every single day. Last night I had a delivery driver pull up at 1:30am and attempt to pull into the wrong drive. I was about 150 feet away, pulled out my Olight s2r baton 2 and quickly signaled the driver to pull to the next drive with my light. Saved me from walking out there, and was very easy to communicate where to go. I find new uses for my Olights every day that I would have never thought of without having one on me at all times. By the way, Turbo mode is legit!

Hands down the best sling available!
Hands down the best sling available! I put QD hardware on it and I love it. The adjustment is so easy and fast but secure as can be when I dont slide it. Couldn't be more impressed!

Very nice but not perfect...
1 of 1 found this helpful Very bright, but a little too cool white. Would prefer neutral white light. Love the looks of it! Really a great little light for clipping on your pocket. The clip has a narrow part towards the top which I had to flatten out to get it to go all the way down onto my pocket. Took a hammer and nail set to it. Also, the clip is oriented only to go light down which makes it not work for clipping the light to a hat as a headlamp. The buttons are great. Very intuitive controls. Would really like to be able to charge without removing the battery, and a magnetic tail. I really like this light a lot but it isn't the perfect EDC for the above mentioned reasons. The Olight s1r baton ii has all the things this one is missing. Just clicked buy now on one of those.
