    Good communication with seller. There was an issue with the description of the product which he fixed quickly in addition to offering a discount to make up for it. Although the shipping is free, you get what you pay for. The item was shipped in a thin plastic bag mailer and resulted in the figures packaging getting damaged most likely from other packages smashing it. I’d recommend they just charge a little to cover the cost of a box for the benefit of any collectors.

    I love my new Labubu so much! It’s perfect for my bag I just got. Seller was great with communication and shipping on time. Package arrived on time, looks amazing, and is brand new. Item was not opened arrived brand new in touched or used, which I love. Value for the item is great compared to others. The quality is also really nice. Very pleased with this experience and my item.

    Item was not as described-it is not an authentic Department 56 item and did not come in a Department 56 box (even though the description said it was and it did). It also took a very long time to ship. Seller was very responsive, however, and issued me a refund and packing label without any issues. So product was very disappointing, but seller was very helpful.

    I'm leaving positive feedback despite my reservations... This is my second purchase and both times I had to "Chase my purchase down" Seller uses some raggedy shipping company and the purchases are delivered in a plastic shipping envelope at the last minute... Boxes crushed... Thankfully Item wasn't damaged. Also, seller sends a bogus USPS tracking number when pressed for delivery info. and then is delivered by said shipping company. So kinda shady to say the least. Seller does communicate...

    Item listing states "Located in: New York, New York". Not true. The packaging clearly shows that it was drop shipped from China via Commerce, CA. Deceptive listing information should not be tolerated on eBay. Also, 2 weeks delivery for something that should have taken 3 or 4 days is unacceptable. Yes, the listing warns 10 days, but the reason for that is now clear -- the item never was in "New York". Price was right, but very little else about this transaction was.
