well worthwhile cheap entertainment
This item is a hoot. Entertainment for any age. Really catches people by durprise. You will have a load of fun with them. Highly recommended. The price is neglegible for loads of fun.

I found this while searching for upgrades for my vehicle. To operate it, you must charge it first. Then you need to press the activate button. At first, I pressed the activate button, but you actually need to HOLD the button for several seconds like up to 10 seconds for it to operate. You know it is activated when it lights in the dark after pressing the button. Very cool and will automatically turn off when it is completely motionless such as when you stop or turn off your vehicle. It will also turn off when there is too much light present. It can be charged directly with a mini usb charger or Solar.
