Fits like factory.
My parking brake cable broke on my 1988 GMC Sierra. I was worried about replacement parts but this installed with no problem and looks factory. It has worked flawlessly.

Factory fit
I purchased both cylinders as my factory units were leaking. It is a fairly handy man job but. The cylinders come with nylon bushings installed which is an upgrade from the factory units. The price is a little steep. You will not be disappointed.
