Disapointing
1 of 1 found this helpful Their quick start guide is their warranty in several languages, nothing else. The extendable USB C connector even extended all the way disconnects from my phone and I have a very slim case on my S10 Plus. I tried to use this on my tablet by putting on a crossover from USB C to Micro USB but it didn't work. Battery life is not even 1 hr. Build quality looks good and when I can get to work it is useful but the effort isn't worth it.

Not for Samsung Phones
This thing was probably designed by a chimp. The mechanism used to hold the phone presses on the power button and volume control of the Galaxy S5! Can't use it without modifying it and who is going to accept a return if that doesn't work. The design should have held it by the ends or corners. I do not recommend this, at least not for Galaxy phones.
