Hyland's Homeopathic Tablets
I'm so grateful for these, as they work very quickly when a cramp develops suddenly, and seem to also prevent these. My 87 year old mother had leg cramps very badly, and this was the only supplement
that eliminated them. Thank you for making such a good product!

But I found that a level teaspoon taken mid-morning brings a calmness that lasts the whole day and also seems to help with insomnia. I began taking it to help with the recovery of my arm which was hurt during a fall while hiking, when nothing else was helping with the pain. It helped so much I forgot about even having this pain, but remembered when I didn't take this for a few days, and the pain returned. It works well for why I purchased it.
