The product (Cookies) are absolute the best. Super well prepared with great ingreadeance..

I placed two orders of 12 boxes each. One arrived damaged, with one side of the box crushed damaging the cookies. The Second order of 12 boxes arrived in perfect condition. the Cookies themselves are great as always. The only problem I have is the 12 boxes have 1/2 of each box smashed to crumbs, the other half of each damaged box are OK. I'm very happy with the first order which arrived all in good condition but the second order was a disaster. Bummer. VR/J
