Dissatisfied Doesn’t cool room
13 of 18 found this helpful I’m very unhappy with this purchase . All these reviews saying that this machine does a good job of keeping a room cold. This does not do a good job of that. The compressor runs for about a minute and then shuts off. Blowing normal air.My old 25 your old AC had my room freezing and it was 5400 BTU. The compressor seems to run sometimes other times it’s just blowing normal air this is kind of irritating although shipping was extremely fast I am pleased with that. Machine is in good condition. But compressor doesn’t want to run for very long runs for about a minute then shuts off and blows regular air I had to fabricate a blowing vent so I can feel the air as the poor design shoots the air up instead of out into the room. 6000 BTU is not strong at all.
