Beautiful color, not long-wearing....
1 of 1 found this helpful I *LOVE* this color pink! Definitely one of my all-time favorites: it's pretty, light, but has a gentle "pop" that is unmistakable as lipstick (vs a gloss or tinted balm). My one complaint is that it comes off pretty easily--not long-lasting/doesn't wear well over time. It's brilliant when you first put it on, but because it *is* hydrating (not at all dry, which sometimes pastels can be), it comes off easily when sipping from a cup or straw, or eating. It isn't as high-shine as a gloss--so it isn't overly sticky or gooey (yay!), and I like that it is smooth and hydrating, but I wish it had a longer wear time because I go through one lipstick pretty quickly. I don't believe Maybelline makes these any more, and I *do* think that the "whispers" branding was touting something akin to a gloss or subtle balm, which also don't wear well over time. This lipstick pretty much lives up to expectation, over all.

Great product--wish it weren't discontinued!
*GREAT* product--so very sad it is discontinued! Well worth the investment if you can find it online for not a fortune. So many hair products these days are *SO* scent-filled they can make a person who is sensitive to scents (like myself) sick to use. I literally returned 3 different products from CVS because they were just too smelly!
THIS product is *WONDERFUL*--has a (s)light scent of coconut that dissipates over time (doesn't stick around forever and isn't overly sweet or potent), and the product is lightweight on your hair. Even though it says "straightening" on it, and I have used it after flat-ironing, really I get the most use out of it on my naturally wavy/curly hair when damp to scrunch my curls and have them hold.
I love that this product is versatile--working both for straight hair AND to maintain lovely natural curls on curly/wavy hair. When dry, my curls/waves have a *natural* look (unlike gels), are supremely soft to the touch (not crunchy or clumpy), but maintain a beautiful natural hold (so long as your hair stays dry). I even notice a bit of shine too. This was a great find for me!

Pretty colors: I'm a cream blusher convert!
1 of 1 found this helpful I don't generally use cream blushers because I have combination/oily skin--especially in the summer's heat and humidity. I also had not ever used the dream bouncy blush before. I have to say, I'm pleasantly surprised. These go on smooth, like a cream, but are quite dry once on (thank goodness!) so I haven't noticed any excess oil or breakouts over the course of this very hot and sticky summer. It's pretty pigmented, so a little goes a long way, and the colors are not so "punchy" that they look clownish on. Also loving that they wear well over time--I might touch up if it's been particularly humid, or I've dabbed my cheeks with water to cool down, or I know I have somewhere to be much later in the evening, but for a regular work day, it stays on brilliantly. I don't know if Maybelline makes these anymore (rather think not), which is a shame, because I'd say I'm a bit of a convert. My powder blush never lasted all day--even in the winter. So this was a great find!
