Won an auction for a 3.4 Oz. bottle of Bond No. 9 perfume on 5/8. Instead, received 1.7 Oz. item on 5/12. Contacted seller and expressed disappointment seeing as it was so close to Mother’s Day. She sent me links to NM stating that I was still getting a good price on the item despite misrepresentation. Insisted that I start the return process. Called me passive-aggressive. Finally, sent a return label. Overall, bad listing practices/deception, IMO. See photos/listing description for yourself.

I took full responsibility for mistakenly listing the incorrect size. It was an oversight not an act of deception as buyer’s claims. I apologized and granted the return request. Platform limitations didn’t allow me to start the return, hence my request for the buyer's assistance. I shared pricing benchmark as FYI. The buyer's consistently hostile tone led to my plea to refrain from defamatory statements about my business ethics (in messages, in feedback above). Refund was issued as promised.
