Victorian CSI excitement!
4 of 4 found this helpful Murdoch Mysteries is Canadian made and is wonderfully entertaining. Detective Murdoch uses intuition and science to solve his cases and does not have the DNA technology that we have today. This forces him to use his wits. In solving his cases, he meets historical figures such as Nicolai Tesla, Thomas Edison, Teddy Roosevelt, and others; these characters help make his cases more exciting and relevant for those of us who know our history. Detective Murdoch has a love interest, Julia, who helps him greatly by working in the medical field and figuring out what the deceased is trying to tell the living. All of the characters are wonderfully alive and colorful. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone drawn to the forensic/science field with a historical bent!

Murdoch Myteries rock!
I was introduced to the Murdoch series by a friend and absolutely love it! The acting cast is superb and the series introduces so much history into the storyline. I love how you can see where today's forensics got its start. My students love this series, too, so they are learning how we have progressed. I would recommend this for anyone loving mysteries, forensics, a bit of romance, and just plain fun!

Great for eyes!
This is a good product for keeping eyes in great working order especially if you have any eye difficulties like macular degeneration. Just follow the directions and it really helps!
