Love my new Cuisnart gelato/ice cream machine

I had another cuisinart gelato/ice cream maker that I returned. It did not have the compressor. This model is so much better. The recipes supplied in the booklet have been delicious. I would have to say the machine is somewhat noisy but that is to be expected. Makes great ice cream, I am trying the gelato for dessert tonight.

Copper Core All Clad Stock Pot, best there is.

I cook a lot especially at our lake house. The Viking range gas burners can get hot and even with my Le Creuset or heavy pots, when cooking stews for extended times things can burn on the bottom. Not so with the copper core All Clad. Love this pot, I cooked a Brunswick Stew this weekend, filled the pot and it was perfect.
