Heat element no longer works

The heater worked for approximately 1hour. Then the heating element will not turn on in any setting. There is power to the unit because the light changes from red to green but the heating element will not turn on

Diameter only 1.25 inches, not 1.5 inches

The product is well made but being sold as 1.5 inches in diameter. Product is actually 1.25 inches in diameter so I wasn’t able to use it
