Richard Simmons - Sweatin' to the Oldies 2 (2008, DVD)
3 of 3 found this helpful I love it ..but Richard Simmons make it fun... I would have to say buy it you will like it.. If you dont enjoy working out you will after you get this one.. It doesnt feel like a workout ..its a fun workout

Great DVD Walk Away Pounds
I bought the Walk Away The Pounds Express 3- pack By Leslie Sansone. I was immediate inpressed by it. I love it,its even better then the treadmill and I have time to do it.There is a 1 mile 2 mile and the 3 mile. If you are new at this start at the 1 mile and work yourself up to 3 miles.I dont regert buy it, it works too. I went to 3 miles after week doing the 1&2 miles.
Buy it you won't be unhappen you did
